Cranberry Sartori Fontina & Autumn Pear Salad

Ingredients:

5 oz mixed organic baby greens
2 ripe but firm Organic Bartlett Pears cut into bite sized slices
1 cup grated Sartori Fontina
1 cup dried organic cranberries
1 cups crumbled walnuts

Directions:

  1. Arrange greens on a pretty platter, decorate with pear slices, sprinkle with crumbled cheese, dried cranberries and just before serving, drizzle with Salad Girl Dark Cocoa & Sea Salt Vinaigrette or Pomegranate Pear Vinaigrette.
