Baked Chicken Chimichanga

Ingredients:
| 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened |
| 1 package (8 oz) pepperjack cheese |
| 1 1/2 Tablespoon taco seasoning |
| 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded |
| 6-8 flour tortillas (8 inch) or 14 (6 inch) flour tortillas |
| cooking spray |
| sour cream, (optional) |
| queso cheese from deli , (optional) |
| taco sauce/salsa, (optional) |
| guacamole, (optional) |
Directions:
- Stir together cream cheese, pepperjack cheese, and taco seasoning.
- Fold in chicken.
- Divide among flour tortillas
- Tuck in sides and roll up each tortilla.
- Lay seam side down in a sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
- Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray.
- bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Turn over and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Top with queso, salsa, taco sauce, guacamole, or your favorite chimi toppings.
