Parmesan Garlic Knots





Serves 12
Ingredients:
| 1 Tube Pillsbury Breakstick Dough |
| 1/8 Cup Olive Oil |
| 2 Tbsp Butter |
| 4 Cloves Garlic, minced |
| 1/4 Cup Italian Parsley, finely chopped |
| 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Separate the breadstick dough. Roll each strip of dough into a knot and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 12 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
- While baking, prepare the coating mixture. In a small saucepan melt the olive oil, butter, and garlic. Add the Parsley, stir, and remove from the heat.
- Let cool for a few minutes. Add the parmesan and stir.
- Place the knots in a Ziplock bag and pour the mixture over the top. Shake to coat.
