Walleye Appetizer with Parmesan Topping

Ingredients:
1 lb. Walleye, Cut into smaller pieces
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 cup Ranch Dressing
Directions:
Start broiler on high and line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place walleye pieces evenly on cookie sheet. Place sheet in broiler for 8 minutes, turning as necessary for even cooking.
While the walleye is cooking, mix the mayonnaise, parmesan and ranch dressing together.
After cooking walleye for 8 minutes, remove from oven, place a good coating of the dressing and cheese mixture on top.
Return pan to broiler for 6 to 8 minutes or until walleye is fully cooked and the dressing has warmed through and lightly browned.
