Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 jumbo baker potatoes
olive oil
kosher salt
aluminum foil

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and dry. Lightly rub outside with olive oil and then sprinkle on kosher salt. Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil and place in crock pot.(Stacking is ok) Turn crock pot on low for 8 hours.
  2. Top them the way you want to with your favorite fixings. A hearty meal option is to add shredded barbecue chicken, sour cream and cheddar cheese. The potato is simply a canvas for you to create a masterpiece!
