Grilled Peach and Arugula Naan Flatbread

|1 Package Naan Flatbread, any flavor|
|2 Peaches, sliced|
|8 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced and quartered|
- Preheat a grill pan to medium high heat and drizzle with olive oil
- Place the peaches on the pan and grill on each side for about 2-3 minutes, flipping once.
- Place the Naan on the same grill pan and grill on one side for about 2-3 minutes. Flip and spread pesto on top. The pesto will heat while the other side of the Naan grills. Remove from the grill pan.
- Top with mozzarella, peaches, and arugula. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, slice, and serve.
