Grilled Peach and Arugula Naan Flatbread

Ingredients:
1 Package Naan Flatbread, any flavor
2 Peaches, sliced
Olive Oil
Pesto
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced and quartered
Arugula Leaves
Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Preheat a grill pan to medium high heat and drizzle with olive oil
Place the peaches on the pan and grill on each side for about 2-3 minutes, flipping once.
Place the Naan on the same grill pan and grill on one side for about 2-3 minutes. Flip and spread pesto on top. The pesto will heat while the other side of the Naan grills. Remove from the grill pan.
Top with mozzarella, peaches, and arugula. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, slice, and serve.
