Grilled Peach and Arugula Naan Flatbread

Ingredients:
1 Package Naan Flatbread, any flavor
1-2 Peaches, sliced
Olive Oil
2-4 Tbsp Pesto
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced and halved
Arugula
Balsamic Glaze, for topping
Directions:
Preheat a grill pan to medium high heat and drizzle with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the peaches on the pan and grill on each side for about 2-3 minutes, flipping once.
Place the Naan on the same grill pan and grill on one side for about 2-3 minutes. Flip and grill on the other side for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to the baking sheet and repeat with the second piece of naan.
Divide the pesto between each naan and spread over the top.
Evenly divide the mozzarella between each naan, evenly spaced.
Bake for 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese.
Remove from the oven and top with arugula, grilled peaches, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
