Apple Cider Waffles

Ingredients:

2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Egg
2 Cup Fresh Apple Cider

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Pour into a pre-heated waffle iron that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
  3. Serve hot with butter and warm maple syrup.
  4. This recipe makes 4 Belgian waffles.
