Ingredients:
| 1 cooked deli rotisserie chicken, shredded or 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken |
| 1 cup mayonnaise, preferably homemade |
| 3/4 cup chopped celery |
| 1 1/2 cup grapes, cut in half or 3/4 cup dried cranberries (preferably unsweetened) |
| 1 cup pecan or walnut pieces |
| 1 tablespoon dried dill (or less if you want to tone down the dill flavor) |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
| 1/8 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dried dill, onion powder and sea salt. Add in the shredded chicken, chopped celery, grapes or cranberries and nuts. Stir to combine.
- Enjoy a heaping scoop on a bakery fresh croissant or wrapped in leaf lettuce. For a healthy and creative twist, enjoy on top of granny smith apple slices or cucumber slices.
