Turkey Burger with Cranberry Aioli





Ingredients:
| 1 lb Ground Turkey |
| 1 Tsp Herb Poultry Seasoning |
| 1 Tsp Onion Powder |
| 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard |
| 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1/2 Cup Mayo |
| 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard |
| 1/2 to 3/4 Can Cranberry Sauce, add more or less to adjust the cranberry taste |
| Sliced Cheese, white cheddar works well |
| Hamburger Buns |
Directions:
- To make the cranberry aioli, combine the mayo, 2 Tsp Dijon mustard, and cranberry sauce until well mixed. May be slightly lumpy. Set aside.
- To make the turkey burgers, combine the ground turkey, poultry seasoning, onion powder, 1 Tsp Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until completely mixed together. Form into four patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the patties for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Right before the burgers are done, add a slice of cheese and continue to heat until melted.
- Place each burger on a bun, top with the cranberry aioli and spinach, and enjoy!
