Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Tsp Herb Poultry Seasoning
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 to 3/4 Can Cranberry Sauce, add more or less to adjust the cranberry taste
Sliced Cheese, white cheddar works well
Hamburger Buns
Directions:
To make the cranberry aioli, combine the mayo, 2 Tsp Dijon mustard, and cranberry sauce until well mixed. May be slightly lumpy. Set aside.
To make the turkey burgers, combine the ground turkey, poultry seasoning, onion powder, 1 Tsp Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until completely mixed together. Form into four patties.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the patties for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Right before the burgers are done, add a slice of cheese and continue to heat until melted.
Place each burger on a bun, top with the cranberry aioli and spinach, and enjoy!
