Ingredients:
| Rye Bread |
| Swiss Cheese Slices |
| 1/4 lb Corned Beef |
| 1/4 Cup Sauerkraut, drained and squeezed to remove liquid |
| Thousand Island Dressing |
Directions:
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. With the butter side down, assemble the sandwich.
- Add slices of Swiss cheese, corned beef slices, sauerkraut, dressing, and more swiss cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
- Heat a skilled over medium heat. Grill the sandwich on each side for about 2-4 minutes.
- If the inside of the sandwich is not warm enough or melted, place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5-7 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve.
