2 slices Thin sliced ham from deli or sliced leftover ham, (Virginia, Smoked or Applewood)
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
2 handfuls Arugula
Directions:
Butter one side of each slice of bread. The buttered sides will be the outside of the sandwich.
Butter side down, spread the raspberry jam on one of the slices, add a layer of sliced Camembert, then onions, then ham on the sandwich then another layer of Camembert, add the Arugula on top of the Camembert layer. Spread the jam on the inside of the other piece of bread and place on top of the sandwich.
Place sandwich in a pre-heated Panini grill and grill for approximately 4 minutes depending upon your Panini grill heat setting. You want the cheese to melt but not run off of your sandwich. You may also use a non-stick stove-top grill pan. You can then grill in the pan or try with lid from sauce pan placed lightly on top of sandwich to help transfer the heat around the sandwich.
