Reuben Sandwich

Rye Bread
Swiss Cheese Slices
1/4 lb Corned Beef
1/4 Cup Sauerkraut, drained and squeezed to remove liquid
Thousand Island Dressing


  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread. With the butter side down, assemble the sandwich.
  2. Add slices of Swiss cheese, corned beef slices, sauerkraut, dressing, and more swiss cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
  3. Heat a skilled over medium heat. Grill the sandwich on each side for about 2-4 minutes.
  4. If the inside of the sandwich is not warm enough or melted, place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Slice in half and serve.
