Queen of Mardi Gras Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lillet Rose Appertiff
Sparkling Juice, preferably berry flavored
Lemon Juice

Directions:

  1. Add the elderflower liqueur and gin to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake, then strain into a glass.
  2. Add the Lillet Rose then fill to the top with sparkling juice.
  3. Add a few drops of lemon juice.
