Ingredients:
8 inch Flour Tortillas
1 lb Ground Chicken
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
Sour Cream
Tomatoes, chopped
Lettuce, shredded
Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Black Olives, sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut tortillas in half. Connect the ends to make a circle and fold the bottom to make a bowl. Place in a muffin pan. Repeat until the muffin pan is full.
Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and the tortillas hold the shape of a bowl.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions.
Add chicken to the bottom of the tortilla bowls. Layer rest of toppings - sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and black olives.
