Ingredients:
| 1 lb Ground Chicken |
| 2 Bags Store-Bought Cole Slaw |
| 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce |
| 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, chopped |
| 1 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/2 Cup Green Onion, chopped |
| Wonton Wrappers, optional |
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook ground chicken until cooked through.
- Add the garlic powder, ginger, green onion, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add the coleslaw and stir to combine. Heat through.
- Serve warm and add additional soy sauce to taste.
- Optional - cut wonton wrappers into thin strips. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (enough oil for the wonton strips to float). Once the oil is hot, add the strips to the oil and fry for about 10-15 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to drain. Serve as a topping to add a little crunch to the dish!
