Optional - cut wonton wrappers into thin strips. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (enough oil for the wonton strips to float). Once the oil is hot, add the strips to the oil and fry for about 10-15 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to drain. Serve as a topping to add a little crunch to the dish!
