1/4 cup Organic Salad Girl Pomegranate Pear Vinaigrette (shake well before pouring)
1 thinly sliced Pear (Bosc or Red Anjou, Asian, or Bartlett work well)
1/2 cup Fresh Gourmet Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds with Cranberries
1/2 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese, plus more for Garnish
1/2 cup fresh Pomegranate seeds, plus more for Garnish
Directions:
Mix package of spring greens in medium salad bowl with Pomegranate Pear salad dressing and toss to coat greens evenly. Add remaining ingredients to salad and toss well. Pass bowl at the table or transfer to individual salad serving bowls or plates. Garnish with extra Shaved Parmesan and Pomegranate seeds.
*Chef’s note: Place pear slices in small bowl with 2 cups cool water mixed with ½ teaspoon salt for 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels before adding to salad to prevent browning.
