Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

2 Cans Refrigerated Pizza Crust
Garlic Salt
Italian Seasoning
Pepperoni or Turkey Pepperoni
3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese, for topping
Pizza Sauce or Ranch Dressing, for dipping


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Dust the countertop with flour and roll out each pizza crust.
  3. Season each crust with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
  4. Top each crust with 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese and pepperoni slices.
  5. Start with the short end and roll each crust into a log shape. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve warm with pizza sauce or ranch dressing as dipping sauce.
  8. **Substitute the pepperoni for any topping of your choosing.
  9. **Combine shredded provolone cheese and shredded pepper jack cheese for a spicier blend.
