Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:
2 Cans Refrigerated Pizza Crust Garlic Salt Italian Seasoning Pepperoni or Turkey Pepperoni 3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Parmesan Cheese, for topping Pizza Sauce or Ranch Dressing, for dipping
Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dust the countertop with flour and roll out each pizza crust. Season each crust with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Top each crust with 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese and pepperoni slices. Start with the short end and roll each crust into a log shape. Slice into 1-inch pieces. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve warm with pizza sauce or ranch dressing as dipping sauce. **Substitute the pepperoni for any topping of your choosing. **Combine shredded provolone cheese and shredded pepper jack cheese for a spicier blend.
