Pink Squirrel Frozen Cocktail

Ingredients:

4 Heaping Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
2 1/2 oz Creme de Noyaux (aka Creme de Almond)
2 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
Maraschino Cherries, for garnish
Whipped Cream, for garnish
Red Food Coloring, optional

Directions:

  1. Add the ice cream, crème de noyaux, and crème de cacao to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Optional - add a few drops of red food coloring to reach the desired shade of pink. Blend again to combine.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. Makes 2 servings.
