Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 Heaping Cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1 1/4 Cups Tropical Fruit Juice
3 -4 oz White Rum
Additional Pineapple Chunks, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add the frozen pineapple, fruit juice, and rum to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with additional pineapple chunks.
  3. Serve immediately.
