|1/2 cup kosher salt|
|2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper|
|2 tablespoons garlic powder|
|2 tablespoons onion powder|
|1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt|
|cumin, to taste|
|chili powder, to taste|
- For 10lb brisket. Mix spices together and rub around outside of brisket.
- * Brisket must be cooked to 180 degrees internal temperature.
- * Brisket can be basted with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water
