Oven Baked Mediterranean Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
2 -3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tbsp Dried Oregano
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
Directions:
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic to a Ziploc bag. Seal the bag and shake to combine the marinade. Add the chicken breasts to the bag, seal, and shake to coat.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes but preferably up to 2 hour or overnight to marinate.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Once the chicken is marinated, place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Alternate cooking method: Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway, or until cooked through.
Serve immediately with a side of your choice. Enjoy!
