Dijon Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 heaping tablespoons prepared Horseradish
2 heaping tablespoons dijon mustard
kosher salt to taste
ground white pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and season with kosher salt and white pepper to taste.
  2. Great on burgers, sliced beef or pork.
