Roast Beef Crostini with Horseradish Sour Cream and Fresh Thyme

Ingredients:
Recipe crostini, from below
Recipe horseradish sour cream, from below
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
1/2 lb premium roast beef, sliced thinly
Lay a half slice of roast beef accordian style on top of crostini and top with a dollop of horseradish sour cream. (about 1/2 teaspoon) Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and serve at room temperature.
Whisk together in small bowl. Will keep for 1 week in covered container in fridge.
Crostini:
1 baguette, sliced thinly
Olive oil
Fresh garlic cloves, cut in half
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brush bread slices with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp but still a little tender to the bite, like toast. Cool 10 minutes and rub each slice lightly with cut end of fresh garlic cloves.
