Roast Beef Crostini with Horseradish Sour Cream and Fresh Thyme





Serves 12
Ingredients:

Recipe horseradish sour cream, from below+ Add to Shopping List |
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 lb premium roast beef, sliced thinly+ Add to Shopping List |
- Lay a half slice of roast beef accordian style on top of crostini and top with a dollop of horseradish sour cream. (about 1/2 teaspoon) Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and serve at room temperature.
1 cup sour cream+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon Rothschild Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip+ Add to Shopping List |
2 drops Tabasco or hot sauce+ Add to Shopping List |
Sea salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List |
- Whisk together in small bowl. Will keep for 1 week in covered container in fridge.
1 baguette, sliced thinly+ Add to Shopping List |
Olive oil+ Add to Shopping List |
Fresh garlic cloves, cut in half+ Add to Shopping List |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brush bread slices with olive oil and place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp but still a little tender to the bite, like toast. Cool 10 minutes and rub each slice lightly with cut end of fresh garlic cloves.
