Slow Cooker Honey Thyme Glazed Carrots





Ingredients:
| 2 lbs Carrots, peeled and sliced |
| 6 Tbsp Honey |
| 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme (or fresh) |
| 1 Tsp Sea Salt |
Directions:
- Wash, peel, and slice the carrots.
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a slow cooker. No need to stir at this point.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours. Stir every 45-60 minutes to make sure the carrots are fully coated. Serve warm.
