Taco Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

2 lbs Chicken Wings
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 Tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice
2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced
Gucamole, optional, for topping

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken wings in a gallon Ziploc bag.
  2. Add the olive oil, taco seasoning, hot sauce, honey, lime juice, and garlic to a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  3. Pour into the bag, seal, and toss to coat the chicken. Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour but you can marinate overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Place the chicken on the baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Remove the wings from the oven and place on a serving platter. Serve with guacamole on the side (optional) - it tastes great on top of the wings!
