Caprese French Bread Pizza

Ingredients:
1 French Bread Loaf, cut in half horizontally 8 oz Jar Basil Pesto, homemade or store-bought 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced 5-6 Roma Tomatoes, sliced Fresh Basil, chopped, for topping Olive Oil, for topping Balsamic Vinegar, for topping
Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the French bread in half, horizontally. If the bread is too long to fit on the baking sheet, slice the bread in half. Spread the basil pesto evenly over each piece of bread. Place the bread on a baking sheet. Place the sliced mozzarella on top of the pesto, spread out evenly amongst each piece of bread. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is starting to toast. Add the sliced tomatoes on top of the mozzarella cheese, spread out evenly amongst each piece of bread. LIGHTLY drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top. Sprinkle the fresh chopped basil over the top. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
