Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Nachos





Ingredients:
| 1 Bag Tortilla Chip, any variety |
| 1 lb Cooked Chicken, shredded or cubed |
| 2 Tbsp Butter, melted |
| 1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce, any brand of choice |
| 1/4 Cup Water |
| 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Paprika |
| 8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese |
| 1 Jalapeno, thinly sliced |
| 3 Green Onions, sliced |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto a baking sheet. Spread even across the baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, add the melted butter, hot sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well. Add the chicken and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the chicken mixture over the top.
- Add the sliced jalapenos.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the other ingredients are heated through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onion.
- Serve warm with Ranch dressing on the side. Enjoy!
