Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:

1 Bag Tortilla Chip, any variety
1 lb Cooked Chicken, shredded or cubed
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce, any brand of choice
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Paprika
8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Jalapeno, thinly sliced
3 Green Onions, sliced

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto a baking sheet. Spread even across the baking sheet.
  3. In a large bowl, add the melted butter, hot sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well. Add the chicken and stir to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the tortilla chips.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken mixture over the top.
  6. Add the sliced jalapenos.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the other ingredients are heated through.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onion.
  9. Serve warm with Ranch dressing on the side. Enjoy!
