Triple Layer Peanut Butter Brownies





Ingredients:
| 1 Box Brownie Mix, plus ingredients listed on the box |
| 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar |
| 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter |
| 8 oz Container Cool Whip, divided |
| 3.3 oz Box Instant White Chocolate Pudding |
| 1 Cup Milk |
| 7.6 oz Package Mini Peanut Butter Cups, cut in half |
| 3/4 Cup Peanuts, chopped |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake and cool completely.
- Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until creamy. Add the peanut butter and beat again, until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip until creamy. Spread on top of the cooled brownies in an even layer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Fold in the rest of the Cool Whip. Spread on top of the peanut butter mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Sprinkle the peanut butter cups and peanuts evenly over the top before serving. Cut into squares and enjoy! Cover any leftovers and store in the fridge.
