Triple Layer Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients:

1 Box Brownie Mix, plus ingredients listed on the box
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
8 oz Container Cool Whip, divided
3.3 oz Box Instant White Chocolate Pudding
1 Cup Milk
7.6 oz Package Mini Peanut Butter Cups, cut in half
3/4 Cup Peanuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake and cool completely.
  3. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until creamy. Add the peanut butter and beat again, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip until creamy. Spread on top of the cooled brownies in an even layer.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk. Fold in the rest of the Cool Whip. Spread on top of the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  7. Sprinkle the peanut butter cups and peanuts evenly over the top before serving. Cut into squares and enjoy! Cover any leftovers and store in the fridge.
