Prosciutto & Arugula Baguette Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 Baguette
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
3 oz Sartori Sharp Cheddar Cheese, sliced
3 oz Prosciutto
Fresh Arugula
2 Tbsp Jam of Choice, optional
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and mustard. Set aside.
Slice the baguette in half, then slice each piece lengthwise to create 2 sandwiches.
Slice the cheese into thin strips.
Spread the mayo/mustard mixture on one side of the baguette and jam on the other side of the baguette. The jam is optional, recommended flavors would be a fig compote, boysenberry, lingonberry, or any flavor of your choosing.
Place ½ of the prosciutto on each sandwich, followed by sliced cheese, and a handful of arugula. Place the other half of the baguette on top.
Slice in half and enjoy! Serve with fresh fruit or potato chips.
