Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Lightly flour the counter. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin crust, less than ¼-inch thick.
Place your hand near the edge of the dough and carefully use a knife to cut around your hand. Place the piece of dough on the baking sheet. Repeat until you have used up all the dough; you should be able to get 6 adult sized hands cut out.
****If you do not want to cut around your hand or if you are making this recipe with children, trace your hand on a piece of cardboard. Cut out the shape with a pair of scissors and use that as a guide when cutting the dough.
Use a spoon to spread marinara sauce onto the palm of the hand and on each finger. You can also use your fingers to spread the sauce.
Add any toppings of your choice. It’s best to add the topping to only the palm of the hand because the fingers are so thin.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Take care when adding cheese to the fingers so you don’t have clumps of cheese resting on the baking sheet - you want to use the cheese sparingly on the fingers.
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starts to brown.
Remove from the oven and carefully remove with a large spatula as to not break off the fingers. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
