Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the chicken wings to a large bowl. Top with the flour. Toss to evenly coat with the flour. Season with salt, to taste.
Whisk the eggs in a shallow dish.
Combine the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
Dip each chicken wing in the egg then dredge it in the parmesan/breadcrumb mixture, making sure to evenly coat the wing. Repeat with each wing, placing them on the baking sheet as you are finished.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven. Top each wing with a small spoonful of marinara sauce. Top with a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese. Place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Serve warm with additional marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
