Ingredients:
4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar, divided
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Cinnamon
8 oz Can Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
2 Tbsp Half & Half
Purple, Green, and Yellow Sanding Sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, ½ cup powdered sugar, and lemon juice until well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 4 rectangles (2 triangles per rectangle). Pinch the seams together. Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the rectangles. Use more to taste.
Spread the cream cheese mixture down the middle of each rectangle. Fold the bottom half of the dough up and the bottom half of the dough down, to create a roll (folding in thirds).
Cut each roll into 4 pieces and place on the baking sheet, seam side down.
Bake for 14-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a cooling rack to cool slightly. Slide a piece of parchment paper under the cooling rack. This will be used to catch any glaze that drips down.
Mix together the remaining 1 cup powdered sugar and milk. Spoon on top of each bite. If still warm, the glaze will drip down the edges slightly. Sprinkle the purple, green, and yellow sprinkles on top. Enjoy!
