Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the meatballs. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup Guinness, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form into 1 ½-inch balls by hand or with a small cookie scoop. Place on the baking sheet. You should have enough mixture for 24 meatballs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
While the meatballs make, prepare the sauce (see ingredient list below). Add the 2 bottles of Guinness, ketchup, honey, molasses, mustard, dried onion, and garlic powder to a large saucepan. Whisk to combine.
Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water. Slowly pour into the saucepan while whisking. The sauce should start to thicken.
Once the meatballs are cooked through, remove from the oven, and add to the saucepan. Stir to coat.
