Turkey Cranberry Meatballs with BBQ Sauce





Ingredients:
| 1 Cup BBQ Sauce |
| 1 Egg White |
| 1 Lb Ground Turkey |
| 2 Green Onions, thinly sliced |
| 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce |
| 1/2 Cup Craisins |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, lightly beat the egg white. Add the ground turkey, most of the green onion, soy sauce, Craisins, salt, and pepper.
- Mix together using your hands until well blended. Use a small cookie scoop (about 1 Tbsp) to shape into balls.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Cook in batches if needed.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve warm. Garnish with the remaining sliced green onion. Enjoy!
