Ingredients:
| 2 15 oz Cans Chickpeas |
| 1 Tsp Dried Parsley |
| 1 Tsp Dried Dill |
| 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper |
Directions:
- Drain the chickpeas over a bowl. You want to reserve some of the liquid from the cans. Do not rinse the chickpeas.
- Pour the drained chickpeas into the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes, then stir and air fry for another 5 minutes.
- Combine 2 Tbsp of the liquid from the chickpea cans with HALF of the seasoning ingredients. Place the other half of the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Open the air fryer and pour the liquid mixture over the chickpeas and stir to coat. Air fry for an additional 7 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes to prevent burning.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a mixing bowl and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Enjoy immediately or let cool and store in a paper bag on the counter.
