Air Fryer Ranch Chickpeas

Ingredients:

2 15 oz Cans Chickpeas
1 Tsp Dried Parsley
1 Tsp Dried Dill
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Drain the chickpeas over a bowl. You want to reserve some of the liquid from the cans. Do not rinse the chickpeas.
  2. Pour the drained chickpeas into the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes, then stir and air fry for another 5 minutes.
  3. Combine 2 Tbsp of the liquid from the chickpea cans with HALF of the seasoning ingredients. Place the other half of the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Open the air fryer and pour the liquid mixture over the chickpeas and stir to coat. Air fry for an additional 7 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes to prevent burning.
  5. Transfer the chickpeas to a mixing bowl and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning. Toss to coat.
  6. Enjoy immediately or let cool and store in a paper bag on the counter.
