Ingredients:
1 Round Sourdough Bread Loaf, unsliced
1 Stick Butter, melted
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
1 1/2-2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a bread knife to slice the sourdough loaf from side to side in both directions, leaving about 1-inch of space between each slice, and making sure to not cut through the bottom off the bread. Place the bread on the baking sheet.
Stuff the shredded cheese between each cut piece of bread. You want to fill as many of the cuts as possible.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add the garlic, oregano, thyme, and parsley. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture evenly over the bread.
Cover the bread with aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is warmed through.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese all over the top.
