Ingredients:
1 Cup Berries, combination of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Butter, cut into small pieces
Vanilla Ice Cream, for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the berries with the sugar and cornstarch. Pour into an 8-ounce ramekin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, and butter. Use your fingers to work the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the top of the ramekin.
Place the ramekin on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the filling is bubbling and the top is browned.
Cool for about 5 minutes then enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
