Ingredients:
| 6 oz Gruyere Cheese, grated |
| 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened |
| 3 Tsp Fresh Thyme |
| Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes |
| 2 Pieces of Lavash Bread |
| 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced |
| Salt, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place one piece of lavash bread on each baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gruyere cheese, butter, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the mixture evenly between the 2 pieces of lavash bread. Top each with red onion.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crisp and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven and season with salt, to taste. Slice into squares and serve warm. Enjoy!
