4-6 lbs your meat of choice
2 tablespoons sea salt or kosher salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon dried mustard
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together then rub onto your meat of choice.
