Caprese Ravioli Salad

20 oz Cheese Ravioli or Tortellini
1 Pint Cherry or Grape Tomatoes, halved
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
3/4 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Basil, chopped, for topping
Balsamic Glaze, for topping


  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Add the ravioli to a large mixing bowl. Top with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Add the tomatoes and mozzarella. Toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss before serving. Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  5. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
