Ingredients:
| 20 oz Cheese Ravioli or Tortellini |
| 1 Pint Cherry or Grape Tomatoes, halved |
| 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Pearls |
| 1/2 Cup Olive Oil |
| 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar |
| 4 Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 3/4 Tsp Italian Seasoning |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1/4 Cup Basil, chopped, for topping |
| Balsamic Glaze, for topping |
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Add the ravioli to a large mixing bowl. Top with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Add the tomatoes and mozzarella. Toss to combine.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss before serving. Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
