Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Ingredients:

3 Lbs Baby Red Potatoes, washed and cut into 2 inch pieces
4 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil
1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Milk

Directions:

  1. Spray the slow cooker bowl with cooking spray. Add the potatoes.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours. You do not need to add any liquid to the bowl.
  3. When the potatoes are cooked, add the remaining ingredients. Let the butter and sour cream melt a bit before mixing together.
  4. Use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together. You can also mash by hand.
