Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

|3 Lbs Baby Red Potatoes, washed and cut into 2 inch pieces|
|4 Tbsp Butter|
|1/2 Cup Sour Cream|
|1 Tbsp Garlic, minced|
|1 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes|
|1/2 Tsp Dried Basil|
|1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano|
|2 Tsp Salt|
|1 Tsp Pepper|
|1/4 Cup Milk|
- Spray the slow cooker bowl with cooking spray. Add the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours. You do not need to add any liquid to the bowl.
- When the potatoes are cooked, add the remaining ingredients. Let the butter and sour cream melt a bit before mixing together.
- Use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together. You can also mash by hand.
