Turkey Cranberry Meatballs with BBQ Sauce

1 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 Egg White
1 Lb Ground Turkey
1 Small Bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Craisins
Salt & Pepper, to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, lightly beat the egg white. Add the ground turkey, green onion, soy sauce, Craisins, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix together using your hands until well blended. Shake into 10 balls with your hands or by using a cookie scoop.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through. If you can’t fit all the meatballs in the pan at one time, cook in batches.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
