Turkey Cranberry Meatballs with BBQ Sauce

|1 Cup BBQ Sauce|
|1 Egg White|
|1 Lb Ground Turkey|
|1 Small Bunch Green Onions, chopped|
|1 Tbsp Soy Sauce|
|1/2 Cup Craisins|
|Salt & Pepper, to taste|
- In a medium bowl, lightly beat the egg white. Add the ground turkey, green onion, soy sauce, Craisins, salt, and pepper.
- Mix together using your hands until well blended. Shake into 10 balls with your hands or by using a cookie scoop.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through. If you can’t fit all the meatballs in the pan at one time, cook in batches.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
