Coffee Ice Cream Infused with Whiskey

|3/4 Cup Whole Milk|
|1/2 Cup Baker's Sugar|
|2/3 Cup Heavy Cream|
|1 Tsp Vanilla Extract|
|1/4 Cup Coffee, cooled|
|2 Tbsp Whiskey|
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar until dissolved.
- Add the heavy cream, vanilla, coffee, and whiskey. Whisk to combine.
- Place the ice cream bowl on the stand mixer. Pour the mixture into the ice cream freezer bowl and turn the mixer on. Let churn for 40 minutes, until thickened.
- Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours to let harden and set. Enjoy!
