French Dip Sandwiches - Easy Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lb. rump or sirloin tip roast
1 cup Johnny's Au Jus Mix
1 can condensed French onion soup, (10.5 oz.)
1 can beer, (12 oz.)
8 French rolls, for serving
Soft butter, for serving
Optional: Top with Swiss Cheese slices or use some of the remaining sauce from the crock pot to cook onions or green peppers to top your sandwich
Directions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place roast in a slow cooker. Add the Au Jus and water mixture, onion soup, and beer. Cook on Low setting for 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Split French rolls, and spread with butter. Bake 10 minutes, or until heated through. Slice the meat on the diagonal, and place on the rolls. Serve the remaining sauce in slow cooker for dipping.
