Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata Cheese

Ingredients:
4 oz Burrata Cheese 1 Pint Grape or Cherry Tomatoes 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 1 Garlic Clove, minced 1/2 Tsp Dried Basil 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano Salt & Pepper Fresh Basil, for garnish Fresh Sliced Baguette, for serving Balsamic Glaze, optional, for serving
Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano to a large bowl. Toss to combine. Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until soft and bursting open. Let cool for about 5 minutes on the counter. Place the burrata cheese in the center of a place. Add the roasted tomatoes and sliced baguette around the cheese. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top when serving, optional.
