Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes with Burrata Cheese





Ingredients:

4 oz Burrata Cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Pint Grape or Cherry Tomatoes+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tbsp Olive Oil+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Garlic Clove, minced+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano+ Add to Shopping List |
Salt & Pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
Fresh Basil, for garnish+ Add to Shopping List |
Fresh Sliced Baguette, for serving+ Add to Shopping List |
Balsamic Glaze, optional, for serving+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano to a large bowl. Toss to combine.
- Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until soft and bursting open. Let cool for about 5 minutes on the counter.
- Place the burrata cheese in the center of a place. Add the roasted tomatoes and sliced baguette around the cheese. Garnish with fresh basil.
- Serve immediately. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top when serving, optional.
